Our designer, Paul Nesbitt, proved to be energetic and an enthusiastic collaborator. We appreciated the fact that he was receptive to our ideas and input, so that our home could reflect our tastes and lifestyle. He made himself available on short notice many times to work through ideas, and was quick to have drawings ready to implement those ideas.

Paul has a unique ability to articulate his vision in three-dimensional terms so that his client can understand and visualize his concept. He also has a unique ability to listen to his client and understate what they want. He does not try to design what edifies to his own alter ego. He designs around the client's basic concept. He has an ability to come up with practical but unique and novel ideas.

I deal with some of the worlds leading architects and interior designers on a daily basis and have seen the impact of mediocre versus great design. Managing a client's expectations (budget, schedule and execution) understanding the vision and genuine passion for creating a successful project are the common denominators for great design.
