BOLTON PANORAMIC RESIDENCE - Huge and Margo were such a classy couple. They searched for a high end Kelowna Home Designer and we met. We stood on their land on this long peninsula leading to the amazing views where the building platform was. The owners wanted a home that captured the panoramic lake views from every single room. This home was designed as a giant "J" with all the room curving around the view with 15 degree walls on each side wall adjacent to the view. The long leg of the "J" was perfect for the garages and wood workshop. The inside of the "J" was a natural for a circular turn around carport, not only for guests but also for weather protection and a wind proof covered patio. The build went as smooth as silk with their retirement dream home meeting all their needs in harmony with the environment. Incredible clients to work for, I might add.
