They Felt that the right move was to hire a Kelowna House Designer rather than using and modifying a stock plan. We were contracted to create two homes in one. His mother was a co-owner in the project so we designed her an amazing suite above the oversized storage garages that surpasses anything on the market. The main residence was laid out with the view as the priority. We designed the massive 32 foot wide great room with no interior support columns to obstruct the pristine view corridor to the lake and beyond.
