TOCHER GUEST HOUSE - After a major renovation on their primary residence next door, the Tochers purchased the neighbors home and converted it into the perfect family and guest house. John and Linda loved their quiet times where they loved to meditate. Having a home next door for his kids to live in and their guests to enjoy only made perfect sense. The outside of the home was sun damaged and tired, and needed a makeover and an update. the inside plan was good, but it needed finish upgrades in all the bathrooms, fireplaces, paint, and new flooring.
