HAZARD RESIDENCE - Finding a talented Kelowna House Designer was top priority for Rod and Jody. This private, end of the road setting, is perfect for this "like no other" home. This quality residence built by the owners has high end written all over it. Feeling that the right move was to develop it from the street to the dock, the design captures all of the endless views down the Okanagan Lake. As you drive up, the curved copper roof, the dark acrylic stucco and rock veneer entices you into an interior that truly reflects what high end is all about. Every detail seems to jump out at you, as you flow through the circular staircase central core. The layout reverses the thinking to put the main living level on the bottom floor next to the lakeside infinity edge pool and hot spa. It seems like you always want to go outside when you're in, and inside when you're out. This is truly on of my best.
