GREEN BAY RESIDENCE - Designed as spec residence on the west side of Okanagan Lake, this home was a forerunner to a series of "tear down and rebuild's" on three different lots on the waterfront that we did for the clients. As the region added a new sewer trunk, the value of each property increased substantially. The clients were people with a vision and saw the potential to lead and set a new high bar for the rest of the owners to follow. The result was a very cool series of homes that offered all the amenities that lake front living can offer. The proof was sales that rewarded the clients for their big step of risk.
